Paula joined the Aon Affinity Travel Professional Liability division in 1998. Over her 20-year insurance career, Paula has underwritten thousands of new insurance policies specific to covering the unique exposures facing travel and tour companies. Her industry expertise has provided her with a broad understanding of the risks faced by travel professionals. During her tenure, she has conducted numerous presentations on risk management as part of Aon Travel’s commitment to providing our clients with risk mitigation techniques and loss prevention tools.

Suzanne has been with the Aon Affinity Travel Professional Liability division since 1998. During her time at Aon, she has held various roles within the department, starting in an administrative role, quickly moving on to senior positions in Underwriting and Management. In her current role, Suzanne splits her time between underwriting and operations management. As one of the program’s senior underwriters, her renewal territory is comprised of national accounts and more complex risks in the student and adventure tour operator class.
