How to Initiate a Claim​​

A claim has occurred, now what?

First, relax and take a deep breath.  Then, gather all pertinent documentation related to the incident (invoices, itineraries, emails/correspondence to and from your vendors and your client, incident reports, etc.).  Write down a description of the loss while it is fresh in your mind.  Next, report the information to your Insurance Broker/Representative or directly to Aon.

There are 2 convenient ways to report a claim:

  1. Email the documents and description of the loss to; or
  2. Use our Claim Initiation form below.

Shortly after receipt of your information, you will be contacted by a Claim Analyst.

Please note, if you are the traveler or tour participant and need to report a Cancellation, Delay, Baggage or Medical claim under a Trip Insurance policy that you have purchased or if you have an inquiry regarding your Trip Insurance policy and/or claim, please visit for further assistance.
